Brigette Shoppoff

Biography

Brigette is a Qualified Mediator (Q.Med), a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) and has specialized training in Conflict Management and Mediation. She has been guiding couples at Fairway through their separations since 2016 and is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Manitoba (ADRIM) and the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC). Brigette’s experience working extensively with families and individuals in social services, mental health, community corrections and child welfare enables her to bring an array of expertise to the mediation table. She has experience with high conflict situations and has mediated disputes in a variety of areas including family, landlord and tenant and other disputes between individuals in the community. Brigette has significant experience helping families with their property division and parenting time; she facilitates the communication process for others to find resolutions at the most challenging times in their lives.

Brigette works out of the Winnipeg office, an independently owned Fairway Divorce Solutions^® franchise.

I am passionate about helping clients reduce the anxiety and stress often experienced during the separation process. I believe that the people in conflict are the experts in developing the most appropriate solution for themselves. The Fairway process promotes healthy independence and helps individuals move on with their lives in a timely manner, enabling them to be future focused.
