Our unique INR mediation method helps you leave us with everything needed to close this chapter and move to your next adventure, and without draining your finances to get there.

A dedicated mediator guides you through each step of our INR method, keeping negotiations on a timeline and your priorities at the centre of the process. If needed, your mediator will meet with parties separately to provide everyone with the opportunity to make informed and independent decisions. When the process requires additional expertise, we’ll draw from our extended independent team of trusted professionals in real estate, finance, tax, business valuation, pension valuation, and the law.

Your final separation agreement will reflect everyone’s needs, preferences, vision for the future and based on the matrimonial and divorce laws. You’ll never have to wonder if you’ve missed a step or what’s needed from you because we’re with you every step of the way.

Corey Anderson joined Fairway in 2009, having found what he knew was a better way for people to resolve conflict. In 2021, he established a second office in Southwest Edmonton to better serve the Alberta community.

For over 12 years Corey has used his skills as an expert negotiator and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst to guide countless families through a smoother separation and divorce process. His ability to coach clients on how to ask the right questions and find the right answers empowers families to make well-informed and well-thought-through decisions. Neal Oberg M.Ag.

Resolution Expert, Mediator

Neal Oberg is a certified mediation and arbitration professional with over 40 years of conflict resolution experience. In addition to his work at Fairway, Neal is a mediator with Alberta Justice, where he mediates civil claims within the Provincial Court Civil Mediation Program. He has a Master of Agriculture degree from the University of Alberta, and his extensive agricultural mediation experience includes work with the Northlands Agricultural Society and the Alberta Science and Research Authority. With his experience spanning business, real estate and agriculture, Neal possesses both the dedication and skill to expertly guide each client through the mediation process and on with their lives.
