Madison is a vibrant and attentive Resolution Expert who is passionate about helping others. After completing her B.A. at the University of Saskatchewan, she went on to take multiple conflict resolution courses. Through her education, she found her calling to support others during difficult times, including divorce. She takes a compassionate and personalized approach to resolution while remaining realistic and solution-oriented. She recognizes that no two people are identical; therefore, every client she works with leaves with a unique experience and a resolution specific to them.
Madison is trained in interest-based and transformative mediation. These gave her the skills she uses to dig deep into her clients' situations to help prevent possible issues down the road. She takes the time to ask all the necessary questions but enjoys hearing people's stories from their own perspectives. These stories allow her to be empathetic with her clients and provide a warm experience during a time that can often feel quite cold and stressful. Her goal is to always leave her clients in a better place than when they first came in, and Fairway's INR process allows her to achieve this.
