Jen Sauro is a dedicated meditation associate whose career has focused on helping families make positive life transitions. She earned her Mediation and Dispute Resolution certificate through Herzing College and maintains associate membership in good standing with the ADR Institute of Ontario.
Jen’s career began as an educator. She earned her Child and Youth Worker diploma through Niagara College in 2003, followed by additional training and certification to teach adults through Humber College in 2014. Making the transition to meditation was a natural evolution for Jen, as her passion has always been to support and nurture children, including protecting their interests amid family and life changes. As such, Jen’s skillset is especially appreciated in separation and divorce scenarios involving children. Jen is a clear communicator and empathetic listener and understands her role as that of a guide. Using her knowledge and expertise of the separation and divorce process, she’s able to keep lines of communication open, thus allowing the opportunity for everyone involved to make autonomous decisions that suit their vision for the future. Using the Fairway Independently Negotiated Resolution™ (INR) process framework, Jen can keep proceedings on track, efficiently moving clients through each step to ensure a timely resolution.
