As a mediation associate at Fairway Airdrie, Darien Roy is committed to assisting people through sometimes difficult life transitions. As an entrepreneur and communications expert, Darien brings a diverse background to Fairway Divorce Solutions. Her own divorce equips her with unique insight on the challenges that families face when going through separation and divorce. This personal experience informs her strong belief that all parties should be empowered to make informed decisions. She believes that The Fairway Method is a better path through a divorce process.

Darien’s calm demeanor and compassionate approach assist in deescalating conflict, encouraging healthy communication, and expediently moving clients forward to the next stage of their life. Darien continues to challenge herself to increase her knowledge in the areas of conflict resolution, finance, parenting agreements and process. Including achieving a Qualified Mediator designation through the ADR Institute of Alberta, her hope is to further focus on and specialize in high conflict resolutions in future, thus increasing her ability to transform conflict into harmony for all Fairway Airdrie clients.

With experience and training spanning small business, labour relations, communications and mediation, Darien is passionate about leading each client through the process and on with their lives. A big believer in investing time in the communities in which she lives and works, Darien has supported various community and charitable organizations throughout the years, including as a former member of the Carstairs Chamber of Commerce and as a United Way corporate representative.
