Biography
As the Founder of Take Me Home Team, a real estate corporation located in Oakville, Ljubica purchased a Fairway franchise in her local community because she believes in Fairway’s unique and innovative Independently Negotiated Resolution (INR)™ methodology and process.
After aiding several colleagues, clients and friends through litigious divorces where much time, money and energy was spent and extra stress created on the spouses and children, Ljubica was determined to find a more amicable and expedient way for couples to separate and divorce.
Ljubica has over 20 years of experience in business and financial analysis. She is a successful and experienced Real Estate Sales Representative, Leader, Business Owner and Entrepreneur.

Professional Experiences
Ljubica has a truly rich and unique experience and career path that offers an unparalleled perspective for Fairway Divorce Solutions. For the last decade, Ljubica has been in high demand as a Real Estate Sale Representative and Leader, winning numerous sales and service awards. Her approach to the industry focuses on relationship development, based on honesty and integrity, and on a future growth vision for her clients to help them build a strong investment portfolio. Successful negotiations and mediations between competing interests are central skills that make this possible.
From 2001 to 2012, Ljubica worked as an Occupational Health and Safety Inspector where she perfected her skills in diplomacy, discretion and neutrality while successfully working with businesses to improve their health and safety plans. As a Senior Business Development Consultant and Sales Manager with the Government of Ontario, she worked with global giants Ferrero Rocher and Toyota (amongst others) to establish and expand their manufacturing operations in Ontario.
From 1999 to 2001, Ljubica began her career in Process and Quality Control at Ford Motor Company where she utilized her degree in Chemical Engineering to find process improvements at a well-established vehicle manufacturing plant.
Ljubica has gained experience and training throughout her career as she is a firm believer in lifelong learning.
